In the new year, 

let’s resolve to be less stressed, anxious, upset, negative, angry, unhealthy, and unmotivated.
Let’s create positive feedback; by being more positive, calm, grateful, healthy, and active.

Let’s try to be more loving ; by helping our family and friends, helping strangers, and making our community a better place.

In the new year, let’s resolve to stop focusing on what we don’t have and focus on gratefulness for the many blessings we do have.

In the new year, let’s look within to create a happy healthy environment for ourselves.

Not through a one week resolution that will ultimately be broken, but by creating a lifestyle of health, vitality, peace and calm.
