I wanted to bet my health and my life.
I wanted to gain a better knowledge of my body and health. I feel like I reached this goal with an understanding of what my body needed and a better nutrition plan.
Meal prep. I now understand how important it is to have a plan so you don’t stray or like I tend to do just not eat.
Definitely the Yoga. I increased my classes and with that I changed my mind set.
I saw a big change in my measurements more than my weight.
Yes very easy and the support was always there especially in the challenging times.
I would make sure to prep my meals a couple times a week instead of day by day.
Again meal prep lol. It is seriously the most important part of having success.
