What made you decide take part in the Thavma Yoga & Good Medicine challenge?
I wanted to bet my health and my life.
What did you hope to gain by taking part in this challenge? Did you reach your goal!?
I wanted to gain a better knowledge of my body and health. I feel like I reached this goal with an understanding of what my body needed and a better nutrition plan.
What was the biggest lesson learned during these 6 weeks?
Meal prep. I now understand how important it is to have a plan so you don’t stray or like I tend to do just not eat.
What was your favorite part of the challenge?
Definitely the Yoga. I increased my classes and with that I changed my mind set.
What were your biggest gains/losses that you accomplished?
I saw a big change in my measurements more than my weight.
Do you feel that the instructions + support provided during the challenge were easy to follow?
Yes very easy and the support was always there especially in the challenging times.
If you were to do the challenge all over again, is there anything that you would do differently?
I would make sure to prep my meals a couple times a week instead of day by day.
What wisdom would you impart to future Challengers?
Again meal prep lol. It is seriously the most important part of having success.
