3 Cups Soaked Hazelnuts (overnight in water) and then dried out in oven for 15 minutes at 380 degrees

1 1/2 Cups Cacao Powder

1 1/2 Cups Swerve ( zero calorie Sweetener)

2 Cups Coconut milk( the thick part onto of can ) and 2 Tbs of the liquid

3 Tbs coconut oil

1 Tbs Vanilla extract

1 Tsp Salt

In food processor add hazelnuts and Coconut oil, 1 Cup of Swerve ,1 Cup Cacao Powder,Vanilla , salt.

Blend all these until smooth( it is a bit nutty still)

Start adding coconut milk( the thick creamy part) mixing as you add( you are trying to make it to your desired consistency( more Coconut makes it creamy less makes it chunky), if you want it creamier add some Tbs of the liquid coconut milk

Add the rest of the Cacao and Swerve .

Store in a Jar in the the refrigerator and enjoy on Ezekiel Bread, in smoothies, on a Crepe with Bananas or just with a spoon 🙂
