Recipe: Unbelievably Healthy Good Choco Coco Balls

Great for on the go, energy booster, no sugar added, all natural perfect all the time!!

Makes 20-25 balls

1 Cup Medjool Dates (soaked over night in water..please remove pit)

1 Cup dried prunes (soaked overnight in water)

1/2 Cup toasted cashews 

1/2 Cup toasted almonds

1 Cup toasted UNSWEETENED Coconut flakes

1/2 Cup unsweetened coconut shredded 

1/4  Cup unsweetened Dark Cocoa powder

1 Tbs cinnamon

1 Tbs Nutmeg 

1/2 Tsp Salt

 

 

Blend cashews and almonds in a power blender ( consistency is up to you, you can leave them a little nutty or ground fine in flour form.

Remove from Mixer. place in Bowl

Then Place Dates and Prunes in a blender ( powerful one). Blend to a Paste add to nuts, slowly mixing the mixture together thoroughly.

Now start adding Cocoa Powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and fine Coconut.

Add some of the coconut flakes but leave most of it to roll the balls in. 

once you taste the mix and all the flavors seem even to taste.

Start forming the mix in balls (size is up to you!!)

Once formed roll the balls in the coconut flakes.

Optional Dust balls with Cocoa and Cinnamon 

Add to Mason jar and store in freezer!!
