Had you practiced yoga before coming to Thavma Bikram Yoga? 

No, this was my first.

What Made you decide to do the 30 Day Challenge?

I wanted to get more in shape and jump start my weight loss.

What did you want to accomplish from your 30 Day Challenge?? Did you achieve your goal?  

I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it 🙂  My primary goal was to lose weight and get in shape.

What changes did you see during and after your 30 days of Bikram yoga?

I could tell that sweat wasn’t all I was losing.  My legs and arms are more tone and my clothes fit better.

What did you learn/gain from doing Bikram yoga regularly?

I feel better after every class.  Consistency was key to my success.  There were days that I was exhausted from work and just didn’t feel like going but because I had the goal in my sights I pushed through those hard days and I am so glad I did.  I feel better physically and have lost weight in the process as well.

What did you love most from doing the Challenge? 

The way you feel the next day.  It’s amazing ~

What’s your favorite posture!?

I’m not really sure I have a favorite Posture but probably the Dandayamana-Dhanurasana (Standing Bow Pulling Pose)
