Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute class, practicing 26 postures and two breathing exercises. It is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture. The Bikram method also stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100 percent of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order. This 90 minute program was scientifically designed to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to prevent illness, injury and limit the negative effects of aging. Bikram yoga is a very effective form of exercise for weight loss, the average students burns anywhere from 600-1100 calories per class depending on your activity level. In addition to the tremendous physical benefits, the series of postures combine skills of concentration, patience, determination and self-control, which lead to increased mental clarity, reduced stress and self confidence.

Is a synergy of Bikram-Vinyasa-Plyometric and core exercises fused in a 60minute session done with uplifting music. All Thavma Yoga mix up classes begin first with a breathing exercise. We then warm the body using a combination of cardio Hatha yoga Balancing and stretching postures. Next moving to a Vinyasa style uninterrupted Flow incorporating core plyometrics with deep hip openers. We bring the class to a close with spine strengthening poses! This combination is a total body work out burning 800+ calories in one hour session.

Thavma mix-up Black

Practiced in 101 Degree room, is an intermediate Hatha-flow-core Yoga. A synergy of Bikram-Vinyasa-sculpting and core exercise fused in a 60minute session done with uplifting music. All Thavma Yoga mix up classes begin first with a breathing exercise. We then warm the body using a combination of cardio Hatha yoga Balancing and stretching postures. Next moving to a Vinyasa style uninterrupted Flow incorporating core sculpting with deep hip openers. We bring the class to a close with spine strengthening poses! This combination is a total body work out burning 800+ calories in one hour session.
Thavma White
Practiced in a lightly heated Degree room. The least intense of them all, its the slower paced of the Thavma Yoga Mix up, increasing your mobility and your fitness in a more gentle manner. Ideal for beginners and all ages and levels of Yoga.

60 minute Bikram class to music. Bikram to beats is the original Bikram 26+2 series paired with an uplifting playlist. Bikram to Beats is best suited to students with prior Bikram 26+2 experience, as there is minimal instruction from the instructor, allowing the students a unique, meditative internal experience.
Please come fully hydrated, 60 minute classes do not have timed water breaks.

Perfect for students with limited time. This class includes all 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises of the original Bikram method and is taught in a heated room. It is sequenced in a flow format style, getting 2 sets of almost all the postures, with shortened breaks. This flow paced class is guaranteed to elevate your heart rate, giving you increased cardiovascular benefits,in conjunction with physical transformational healing. Practiced more like a flow. All Levels.

Turn Inward and listen to your breath, make your class a true moving meditation and explore a group practice a whole new way. Our Silent classes move through the Bikram Yoga 26+2 to light background music with out dialogue from the teacher. Always led by an experienced teacher you will be able to watch the correct form of doing the postures, and move along together in a rhythm flow. It’s a great experience, but recommended for students who have taken a minimum of 10 classes.

This hatha class is designed for all athletes: runners, cyclists, tennis players, golfers, tri-athletes, cross trainers, etc. You will correct imbalances created in part from repetitive movements or insufficient movement. Phoenix Yoga will be practiced in a warm room. Props will be utilized to ensure proper alignment to heal and restore your body getting you back to peak performance in your chosen sport while developing the strength to help you avoid future injury.
