I visited another studio several times but nothing consistent.
What Made you decide to do Thavma Yogas 30 Day Challenge?
I saw a friends post on instagram after she completed her 30 days. She inspired me!
What did you want to accomplish from your 30 Day Challenge?? Did you achieve your goal?
Most of all inner peace to quit the mind, and to get into shape.
What changes did you see during and after your 30 days of bikram yoga?
mind was calm; skin looked amazing, energy level up, less food intake. It changed me from the inside out.
What did you learn/gain from doing Bikram yoga regularly?
I learned to look at myself and except myself for who I am. to drop the judgments on my self and others. I gained mental peace while detoxing my body.
What did you love most from doing the Challenge?
I proved to myself that I am important enough to dedicate time for me. I learned that your mind can stop you from doing a lot of great things if you let it.
What’s your favorite posture!?
Standing forehead to knee and bow pose.
What do you think about our Studio!?
I cannot say enough about the facility and staff. I love the light and cleanliness of the yoga room. There I was forced to look at myself in the mirror. Oxygen is pumped in during class and that makes a huge difference in the way you feel after class. The floors are always very clean and love the showers.
The staff and their wisdom and dedication to practice is outstanding. Each teacher brings a different flavor to his or her class. I love all the mindful tips from teachers It always seems to be just what I needed to hear, I have calmed many storms in that studio and I’m forever grateful and hooked on Hot Yoga. Yogi for life!
