1. Tell us a little about yourself.

I am a fourteen year old boy and I was born and raised in Long Island, New York. I lived there until I was 11 and I moved to Florida to pursue tennis which I had started at the age of 3. I have a Hungarian mother, Greek father, and a 16 year old sister.

2. Have you done other styles of Yoga other than Bikram Yoga?

I have never done any other styles of yoga besides Bikram yoga.

3. What made you decide to take your first Bikram Class?

I wanted to become more flexible hoping that would improve my tennis.

4. What made you choose Thavma Yoga as a Studio?

I chose Thavma Yoga because I live nearby and I love the people there!

6. What makes you come back?

The benefits and the people are the reason I go back.

7. How long have you been practicing?

I have been practicing for about 5 months.

8. What changes have you seen since you began the practice?

I have seen improvements in my flexibility and balance since I began practicing.

9. Where have you seen that it helps you?

I have seen the benefits of yoga help my tennis and obviously my yoga.

10. What is your favorite pose?

My favorite pose is wind-removing pose because you are laying down and you feel a really nice stretch in your glutes and hips.

11. What is your least favorite pose?

My least favorite pose is floor bow because I feel it is a little difficult to breathe.

12. What do you like most about Thavma Yoga?

My favorite things about Thavma yoga is sweating and Phoenix classes on Sunday. I also like all the teachers because they are very sweet, knowledgeable, and pretty.

13. Tell us anything else interesting that you feel you have gained or learned since starting Thavma Yoga.

I have learned a lot about my body (where I am usually stiff) and the human body in general; muscles, bones, human systems etc. I also learned how to balance with one simple trick.
