White — Foundations in a mildly heated room; focus on yoga fundamentals, muscle activation, and mobility.

With 1,000+ hours of advanced educationin Iyengar, Vinyasa, Bikram, anatomy, kinesiology, and movement science, she’s built a reputation for blending precision, creativity, and transformation.
After surviving three car accidents and serious spinal injuries, Marina was told surgery was her only path forward. Instead, she rebuilt her body through yoga and functional movement — and from that journey, The ThavmaMethod™was born: a system designed to protect joints, sculpt the body, and prevent injuries while delivering powerful results.
